  I specifically went in to Ulta to do a NYE haul and to purchase a high end foundation. I went around 7:30pm and the store was not very busy. I was quickly approached by a sales associate and asked if I needed help. I informed her that I did and that I would really appreciate her help in matching a foundation she might recommend to my skin tone. She then informed me that she couldn't because she was the only on on the floor and that no one would be able to help me. I left that store without purchasing a thing and took my business to another Ulta down the highway. I don't understand how you can ask someone if they needed help and then refuse to help them. I also later saw her over with a few other girls discussing foundation......Extremely rude and I will not be doing my shopping there. I do not recommend this location.
